What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum runs start at 3,000 sachets per SKU. We accommodate pilot runs for new product testing or market sampling.

What lead times should I expect?

Once packaging film and artwork are approved, filling typically takes 2-5 weeks, depending on batch size. Custom-printed film takes about six weeks to procure.

Can you help formulate my product?

While we specialise in filling, we maintain partnerships with trusted formulators and can connect you for recipe development, stability testing and regulatory compliance.

Do my products qualify for the Australian Made logo?

To carry the Australian Made logo, your formula must be manufactured and packed in Australia and meet the criteria set by the Australian Made Campaign. We can guide you through the process.

Do you ship outside Australia?

We fulfil orders from our Sydney facility. Domestic freight is available Australia-wide. Export shipments can be arranged on request.

What file format do you require for artwork?

Please supply artwork in print-ready PDF or AI format, with fonts outlined, 300 dpi images and a 3 mm bleed. See our Artwork Specs page for detailed requirements.
