What sizes do you fill?
SachetsCo offers powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g, subject to powder flow, density, packaging and project requirements. Selected liquid, gel, cream, serum, syrup and concentrate sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml is also available, subject to viscosity, product compatibility, packaging and project requirements. Which industries do you support?
We work with food, beverage, beauty, skincare, personal care, sports nutrition, nutraceutical and wellness brands. Each industry page provides examples and specific considerations for your product type.
What sachet formats are available?
Stick packs, flat 3-side or 4-side sealed sachets, twin packs and perforated strips are available where suitable. Tear notches can be added for convenience. Format suitability depends on fill size, product flow or viscosity, artwork, film and sealing requirements. See our sachet formats guide for more detail.
What quantities can you fill?
Pilot and sampling quantities can be reviewed case by case. Contact us to discuss your product, target fill size and packaging requirements.
Do you provide design and printing?
We can assist with artwork layout, material choice and printing guidance. If you already have print-ready artwork, we can work with your files. Contact us to discuss your artwork and packaging requirements.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on ingredient readiness, packaging availability, artwork approval, documentation and production schedule. We will provide an indicative timeline when we review your project brief.
Do you offer powder and liquid sachet filling?
Yes. We offer powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g and selected liquid and gel sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to product compatibility and project requirements.
What certifications do you hold?
SachetsCo operates GMP and HACCP certified systems. We do not claim TGA, ISO or Australian Made certification.
