## Our Process

### Step 1 — Scoping & Samples

We start with a consultation to understand your product, fill volume, and packaging goals. We’ll review formula compatibility, desired sachet style (flat, stick‑pack, tear‑notch or doypack) and your artwork or brand guidelines. Samples of existing products and raw materials help us prepare accurate quotes and test runs.

### Step 2 — Pilot Run

Our pilot runs start from 3 000 units per SKU. This small batch lets you test packaging design, seals, fill accuracy and shelf‑life performance without committing to full‑scale production. We provide QA retains, batch records and a detailed run report. After approval of artwork and printed film (lead times around six weeks【661941494804488†L50-L59】 for custom laminate films), pilot runs are typically filled and packed within 2–3 weeks.

### Step 3 — Scale‑Up & Ongoing Supply

Once your pilot is validated, we can scale to tens of thousands—or even millions—of sachets. We’ll manage film procurement, print runs and ongoing production scheduling. Lead times for standard volumes (10 k–100 k units) are generally 4–5 weeks from receipt of materials and purchase order. For larger runs we coordinate packaging, kitting and logistics to meet your distribution dates.

### Artwork, Film & Packaging Lead Times

We work closely with film suppliers to select the right laminate structure for your product—options include foil laminate, cosmetic webs, PET and metallic films【661941494804488†L50-L59】. Artwork must be supplied in PDF/X‑1a format with fonts outlined and 3 mm bleed. Custom printed film typically takes about six weeks to deliver, while plain films are faster. Please allow 2–3 weeks after film delivery for filling and packing.
