SachetsCo operates GMP and HACCP certified systems from our Sydney facility. We work with food, beverage, beauty and wellness brands to convert suitable bulk liquids and gels into convenient sachet formats.
Products we can work with
We fill selected liquids, gels, creams, serums, syrups and concentrates. Suitability depends on viscosity, product stability, packaging film compatibility and your project requirements. Not all liquid or gel products can be filled — contact us to discuss your formulation.
We do not claim capability for sterile, therapeutic, sunscreen or SPF products.
Formats & materials
Stick packs, flat sachets (3-side or 4-side seal), twin packs and perforated strips are available where suitable for your product. Barrier films are selected based on product type, fill size and sealing requirements. Tear notches and perforations can be added for convenience. Format suitability depends on fill size, viscosity, artwork, film and sealing requirements.
Fill size range
We offer selected liquid and gel sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml. Smaller fills (1–15 ml) suit samples, serums and concentrated products. Larger fills (15–60 ml) may suit liquid, gel, cream, syrup or concentrate sachets where product and packaging are compatible.
Quality & process
Fill parameters are set to your product's viscosity and project specifications. Products are checked against agreed fill, seal and project requirements before packing. Batch documentation, quality checks and retention samples can be included where agreed in the project scope.
Timelines & quantities
Pilot timing depends on ingredient readiness, packaging availability, artwork approval, documentation and production schedule. Pilot and sampling quantities can be reviewed case by case.
