At SachetsCo, quality is built into every step of our sachet filling service. We ensure your powders and selected liquids and gels are filled in a controlled environment with traceability from receipt to dispatch.

GMP and HACCP certified systems

SachetsCo operates GMP and HACCP certified systems. Our production workflow includes calibrated dosing equipment, documented batch records, fill weight checks, seal and closure checks, and compliance-aware quality workflows. Batch documentation, quality checks and retention samples can be included where agreed in the project scope.

Regulatory and compliance

We operate in accordance with applicable Australian standards for food, cosmetics and personal care products. Our quality management system includes standard operating procedures, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and documented training programmes. We do not claim TGA registration, ISO certification or Australian Made status.

Ingredient accountability

We handle ingredient lists, material safety data sheets and labelling requirements with care. Labels can include batch codes, use-by dates and barcodes for inventory tracking where agreed in the project scope. Final label compliance and legal responsibility remain with the brand.

Responsible operations

Production areas are segregated, cleaned between runs and subject to hygiene checks. We manage cross-contamination risk through dedicated tooling and changeover procedures. SachetsCo selects films and laminates with consideration for environmental impact where suitable options are available.
