SachetsCo converts suitable bulk powders, liquids and gels into convenient sachet formats. We operate GMP and HACCP certified systems from our Sydney facility, working with food, beverage, beauty and wellness brands.
Powder sachet filling
Powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g, subject to powder flow, density, packaging and project requirements. Suitable powders include drink mixes, supplements, nutritional blends, food ingredients and cosmetic actives. Free-flowing powders are generally well suited; sticky, hygroscopic or very fine powders may require additional assessment.
Liquid, gel and cream sachet filling
Selected liquid, gel, cream, serum, syrup and concentrate sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to viscosity, product compatibility, packaging and project requirements. Not all liquid or gel products can be filled — contact us to discuss your formulation. We do not claim capability for sterile, therapeutic, sunscreen or SPF products.
Larger-format filling
Larger-format filling up to 30 kg or 30 L per container, subject to product compatibility, viscosity or powder flow, packaging selection and regulatory requirements. Contact us to discuss suitability for your project.
Formats available
Stick packs, flat sachets (3-side or 4-side seal), twin packs and perforated strips are available where suitable for your product. Format choice depends on fill size, product flow or viscosity, artwork, film and sealing requirements.
The process
Supply your bulk product along with formulation notes, artwork and packaging preferences. SachetsCo reviews the product’s flow or viscosity, target fill size, film choice and project requirements before filling. Suitable powders, liquids and gels are filled and sealed into the agreed sachet format. Products are checked against agreed fill, seal/closure and project requirements before packing. Batch documentation, quality checks and retention samples can be included where agreed in the project scope.
Timelines & quantities
