Careers at SachetsCo
SachetsCo is a growing Sydney-based contract manufacturer working across sachet filling, blending, product development and selected packing formats for food, beverage, wellness, sports nutrition, cosmetics and personal care. We work with brands at various stages, from early-stage product development through to established production runs, and our team is directly involved in the technical and operational work that makes that possible.
We are looking for capable people who take ownership, enjoy practical work, learn quickly and finish what they start. Our best team members are energetic, dependable and willing to move between technical problem-solving, documentation and hands-on factory work without compromising safety, quality or accuracy.
These are practical, on-site roles in Frenchs Forest, Sydney NSW 2086 involving real machinery, formulations and customer projects. They are not remote or desk-only positions.

View roleWhy Join SachetsCo
You will work directly on the machinery, formulations and customer projects that define our business, not in a support function removed from the work. We are a small, capable team where your contribution is visible and your decisions matter. We value technical competence, clear communication and people who take responsibility for outcomes.
Who Will Succeed Here
You are practical, organised and self-directed. You can move between hands-on work, documentation and customer communication without losing accuracy or attention to detail. You understand that quality and safety are non-negotiable, and you hold that standard without being prompted. You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and you finish what you start.
We are looking for people with energy, initiative and a strong work ethic. You will plan your work, maintain clear priorities, communicate early when something is blocked and follow tasks through to completion. You must help outside a narrow job description when business priorities require it, without compromising safety, quality, confidentiality or accuracy.
Qualifications, Results and Hidden Talent
We value strong qualifications, but credentials alone are not enough. Exceptional directly relevant experience with measurable results may be accepted. We value people who build systems, prevent problems and improve cost, speed, quality or capacity.
Include three measurable achievements, one system or process improved, the hardest relevant problem solved and one hidden capability that could help SachetsCo grow.
Packaging Machinery Engineer: Relevant trade, Advanced Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, industrial or manufacturing engineering plus 5 or more years of relevant experience. An exceptional candidate with 8 or more years of proven packaging-machinery field service, commissioning, maintenance and controls experience may substitute experience for a conventional degree.
Food Technologist: Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a closely related discipline plus 4 or more years of commercial formulation, scale-up and manufacturing experience. An exceptional candidate with 7 or more years of directly relevant formulation, scale-up, documentation and production-transfer experience may be considered. A general nutrition qualification alone is insufficient.
Manufacturing Operations Manager: Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field, OR 7 or more years of directly relevant manufacturing operations leadership with measurable results, plus 5 or more years in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Sponsorship
For an exceptional candidate whose experience directly matches the role, SachetsCo may consider employer sponsorship and, where legally available, support an eligible pathway towards permanent residence. Any sponsorship is subject to business approval, occupation and visa eligibility, applicable salary and labour-market requirements, and Australian Government approval. Sponsorship or permanent residence is not guaranteed.
