We produce flexible pouches tailored to your product and brand. Printed pouches suit snacks, powders, liquids, gels, pet treats, cosmetics, supplements and industrial components. Choose the format, material and features you need and we’ll convert and print to your specification.

Formats

  • Stand‑up (doypacks): bottom gusset for shelf stability.
  • Flat pouches: single‑use or sample packets.
  • Side‑gusset: more capacity for coffee or bulk powders.
  • Spouted: for liquids, sauces, gels and drink concentrates.
  • Quad‑seal: premium pouch with four side seals for enhanced rigidity.

Materials & Thickness

  • PET/PE: clear or metallised laminate for general food and cosmetic use.
  • PET/AL/PE: aluminium barrier layer for oxygen and light‑sensitive products.
  • Mono‑PE (recyclable): fully recyclable PE laminate for sustainability programmes.
  • Thickness: typical ranges 70‑150 µm depending on size and product weight.
  • Options: clear windows, tinted or fully opaque; matte, gloss or soft‑touch surfaces.

Features

  • Zippers (standard or child‑resistant), tear notches, hang holes and euro‑slots.
  • Degassing valves for coffee and fermented products.
  • Spouts in various diameters with screw caps or flip tops.
  • Rounded corners and reinforced seals to prevent puncture.

Process

  1. Submit your brief and receive a quote.
  2. We supply dielines tailored to your chosen format and size.
  3. Artwork checks for font outlining, bleed and Pantone/CMYK values.
  4. Print and lamination using your selected method and finish.
  5. Pouch conversion, inspection and leak testing.
  6. Packing and dispatch.

Specifications

  • Artwork supplied in vector PDF or AI format with fonts outlined.
  • Minimum line weight 0.2 mm; maintain 3 mm bleed and 3‑5 mm safe margins.
  • Pantone/CMYK values recommended for consistent colour reproduction.
  • If supplied on reels, confirm roll direction and core diameter (75 mm standard).

MOQs & Lead Times

  • Digital print runs: typically 500‑1,000 units per design; lead time 10‑20 business days after artwork approval.
  • Flexographic runs: 5,000‑10,000 units or more; allow 4‑8 weeks for plate making, print and conversion.
  • Rotogravure runs: 10,000+ units; lead times can be 6‑10 weeks.
  • Stock pouches and over‑printing are available for smaller batches (multiples of 100); stock items can ship in ≈10 business days.

Compliance

Food contact compliant materials and coatings are available on request. Allergen labelling and regulatory declarations remain the responsibility of the brand owner.

Sustainability

Choose mono‑PE pouches for recyclability through soft‑plastic collection programmes. By replacing rigid containers with flexible pouches you can reduce transport weight and waste. Check local recycling facilities and instructions.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Digital printing allows low MOQs of around 500‑1,000 pouches per design. Flexographic and rotogravure printing typically start at 5,000‑10,000 units or more.

How long does production take?

Digital pouches ship in about 10‑20 business days after artwork approval. Flexographic and gravure runs require 4‑10 weeks depending on plate preparation and material availability.

What print methods do you offer?

We offer digital printing for short runs and rapid turnaround, flexographic printing for mid volumes, and rotogravure for large orders needing the highest image quality.

Can I add a coffee valve or spout?

Yes. Degassing valves can be fitted for coffee and fermented products, and spouts in various diameters are available for liquids and gels.

How should I prepare my artwork?

Supply artwork as vector PDF or AI files with fonts outlined and images embedded. Include bleed and safe margins, and specify Pantone/CMYK values.
