Powder sachet sizes (1 g to 60 g)
Powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g, subject to powder flow, density, packaging and project requirements.
- 1–5 g — concentrated powders, small actives, sample sachets and small-format supplement powders.
- 5–15 g — drink powders, single-serve supplements, food sachets and nutritional blends.
- 15–60 g — larger single-serve powders, protein blends, meal components and food ingredients.
Free-flowing powders are generally well suited. Sticky, hygroscopic or very fine powders may require additional assessment. Talk to us if you are unsure how your powder flows.
Liquid & gel sachet sizes (1 ml to 60 ml)
Selected liquid, gel, cream, serum, syrup and concentrate sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to viscosity, product compatibility, packaging and project requirements. Not all liquid or gel products can be filled — contact us to discuss your formulation.
- 1–15 ml — small liquid or gel samples, serums, concentrated actives and travel-size formats.
- 15–60 ml — larger liquid, gel, cream, syrup or concentrate sachets where product and packaging are compatible.
