• Because our goods are custom‑manufactured or made‑to‑order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change‑of‑mind once production has commenced.

**2. Inspection & acceptance**
• Upon delivery, you should inspect the goods promptly for any defects or discrepancies.
• If you believe the goods are faulty, damaged or do not match your order, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery with full details and supporting evidence.
• If you do not notify us within this timeframe, the goods are deemed accepted.
**3. Faulty or defective goods**
• If a product is found to be faulty or not supplied in accordance with your approved specifications, we will, at our option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the affected goods.
• To be eligible, products must be unused, stored appropriately and returned in their original packaging where applicable.
• We may request samples or photographic evidence to assess the defect.
