Overview

SachetsCo can support cosmetic and skincare product development projects, including ingredient direction, formulation review, prototype planning and pilot batch support. Target categories include facial serums, moisturisers, gel cleansers, masks, shampoos and conditioners. Our engagement moves from brief to prototypes to iterative refinements and a filling pathway.

We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, stability results, preservative efficacy or regulatory approval. We recommend working with a qualified cosmetic regulatory consultant for claims, labelling and market-specific compliance requirements.

Capabilities

  • Formulation direction: ingredient selection, actives review and base development for serums, creams, gels and masks.
  • Viscosity and compatibility review: assess product suitability for sachet filling and packaging compatibility.
  • Regulatory support: INCI presentation, ingredient list review and label wording support — final legal responsibility remains with the brand.
  • Sachet filling pathway: selected liquid, gel, cream and serum sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to viscosity, product compatibility, packaging and project requirements.

Process

  1. Brief and objectives review.
  2. Ingredient mapping and formulation direction.
  3. Bench samples and sensory evaluation.
  4. Compatibility review and viscosity assessment.
  5. Pilot batch planning and sample rounds.
  6. Filling pathway and production documentation.

Compliance

Quality controls and documentation are defined for the approved project and responsible production pathway. Batch documentation, quality checks and retention samples can be included where agreed in the project scope. We do not claim TGA registration, ISO certification or Australian Made status. Final label compliance and legal responsibility remain with the brand.

Timelines & quantities

Timing depends on ingredient readiness, packaging availability, artwork approval, documentation and production schedule. Pilot and sampling quantities can be reviewed case by case.
