We offer powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g and selected liquid, gel, cream, serum, syrup and concentrate sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to product compatibility and project requirements. Our facility operates GMP and HACCP certified systems.

Formulation, R&D and private label support

SachetsCo can support food, beverage, cosmetic and personal care product development projects, including ingredient direction, powder and selected liquid mixing, prototype planning and pilot batch support. We can assist with packaging direction, ingredient sourcing and filling pathways to help bring your brand to market. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, stability results or regulatory approval.

Sachet formats and materials

Choose from stick packs, flat sachets (3-side or 4-side seal), twin packs and perforated strips where suitable for your product. Barrier films are selected based on product type, fill size and sealing requirements. Tear notches and perforations can be added for convenience. Format suitability depends on fill size, product flow or viscosity, artwork, film and sealing requirements.

Quality and compliance

SachetsCo operates GMP and HACCP certified systems. Products are checked against agreed fill, seal and project requirements before packing. Batch documentation, quality checks and retention samples can be included where agreed in the project scope. We do not claim TGA registration, ISO certification or Australian Made status.
