SachetsCo fills sports nutrition, nutraceutical and wellness products into convenient sachet formats from our Sydney facility. We offer powder sachet filling from 1 g to 60 g and selected liquid sachet filling from 1 ml to 60 ml, subject to product compatibility and project requirements. Our facility operates GMP and HACCP certified systems.

Powder suitability depends on flow, density, packaging and project requirements. Free-flowing powders are generally well suited; sticky, hygroscopic or very fine powders may require additional assessment.
Sachet formats
Stick packs are well suited to drink powders and single-serve supplements. Flat sachets suit larger powder portions. Twin packs and perforated strips work well for multi-day supplement packs or promotional sampling. Format suitability depends on fill size, product flow, artwork, film and sealing requirements.
Sample programmes & promotions
